Where the heck are your cake prices?
Such a frequently asked question, it gets its own page!
We do not post any prices past our cake decoration tiers, undecorated cookies/cookie cakes, or base prices for decorated cookies on our website. We completely understand how frustrating this can be from our customer’s perspective. The challenge is that there are many variables that go into pricing your order. From changes in ingredients to accommodate your dietary restrictions to requested frostings, the biggest and trickiest variable is your requested decorations. Because of how much creative freedom you have in your order form for decor (whether you choose to go bananas with it or leave it up to us) that leaves a HUGE gap for pricing. Being that as it may, we want to avoid giving any misleading pricing information.
What's our solution? Keeping you in mind, of course!
The most effective way we’ve found to handle this is by sending a detailed invoice and then working closely with you to make any necessary adjustments from there. That way you can see exactly where the price is coming from and we can be completely transparent. Nothing is truly finalized until you pay your invoice.* Above all, we want you to know that we will ALWAYS have a tailor-made solution that will suit you no matter your price point. We love you too much to not help take care of you!
